Rokugan Mixology: Lion Clan

Lion Clan Drinks

"Ready for Battle "

3/4 oz Ginger Liqueur (i.e. Canton)
1/4 oz Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled)
2 oz Sake (junmai ginjo recommended)
Splash of Soda Water
Splash of pineapple juice

Combine ingredients over ice, stir to chill, and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Gin
1 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Shake and pour over ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
