Here are some of the Crab insults and slang found in Way of the Crab and Bearers of Jade:
Insults or Curses from Way of the Crab
Itamie-ni: Want to feel some real pain?
Fu-tsugo ga arimashitaka: Do you have a problem?
Hame wo hazusu: Make merry or suffer the consequences.
Kenka uten noka: Are you looking for a fight?
Ome wa dare day!: Who do you think you are?
Mapputatsuni hiki sakuwayo!: I'll tear you in half.
Dekai guzo: Idiot
Zurui chibi: Sneaky dwarf
Kusatta Ningen: Rotten people
Chikushō: Uncultured beast
Dani: Tick or leech
Onna tarashi: Fop
Urenokori: Ugly old maid
Ojamamushi!: Bothersome insect!
Kono yaro!: You insignificant worm!
Ojo-sama: Ineffective member of another Clan, especially a bushi (literally "spoiled rich girl")
Zakennayo!: A catch-all expression of anger and frustration. The Crab use it a lot.
Cho-yabe: Damen, we blew it.
Kuchi ni chakku: Shut up!
Okesho wa doshitano, geisha-san?!: Where's your make-up, you geisha?!
Rakki yaro: Lucky Bastard.
Siijitsu: "Oh. How Sincere."

Chikushō!: Damn it!
Kuzu: Waste, garbage, scum, loser
Baka: Stupid
Uzai: Annoying, Pain in the ass
Warugaki: Brat
Doke!: Get out of my way.
Slang from Bearers of Jade
Maru: The minimum time it takes an invulnerable oni to kill an armored man; approximately two seconds. Usage: "These guards will give us maybe ten maru."
Koma ("pony")": Non-Crab sent temporarily to the Wall to be taught a lesson.
Iye, dozo, osakini: "No, please, after you," a phrase used around annoying koma.
Mami! ("deceiver"): "There is a body-possessor or shapechanger among us. Take up standard positions."
Dairyo! ("big catch"): A multitude of goblins, ogres, and oni are coming.
Kanashiki! ("anvil"): The oni is only hurt by jade.
Banjaku! ("big rock"): The oni is only hurt by crystal.
Saiganki! ("rock crusher"): The oni is not hurt by crystal or jade.
Rutsubo! ("melting pot"): The oni gets stronger the more it eats.
Yamijiai: Fighting unknown assailants; the situation is a mess. Equivalent to the American military term "FUBAR"
Tsuta ("ivy"): "The teahouse we are in is staffed by Shadowlands creatures in disguise. All those around you are demons. They don't suspect I'm on to them. Say nothing. Grab your weapons. Meet me at the front door.
Yasha! ("demons"): As above, but "the game is up; fight your way out."
